1 \u2013 PURPOSE<\/b><\/p>

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to contracts for the provision of transport services concluded between:\u00a0www.taximoto2paris.com<\/p>

and its customers. Using the services of
www.taximoto2paris.com
<\/a>services, the customer is presumed to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

2 \u2013 FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORT SERVICE CONTRACT<\/b><\/p>

The customer can request a service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the website\u00a0www.taximoto2paris.com\u00a0or by telephone on 07 65 63 50 50<\/p>

The customer provides all the information concerning his service request. He alone is responsible for this information, the following of which is considered essential to the contract: customer name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of transport service, pick-up point, drop-off point, pick-up time, with or without luggage, nature of service (transfer, provision). www.taximoto2paris.com sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer.<\/p>

Payment is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By communicating his\/her bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that www.taximoto2paris.com carries out the secure transaction and authorizes its bank in advance to debit its account for the amount of the service. Once the customer has confirmed his\/her request for a service and paid the price, www.taximoto2paris.com will send him\/her, by e-mail, a booking form summarizing the information relating to the service. The customer is responsible for checking the information on the booking form. If www.taximoto2paris.com is unable to send the said reservation form by e-mail, the reservation is presumed to comply with the customer\u2019s request.<\/p>

3 \u2013 RATES<\/b><\/p>

www.taximoto2paris.com sets the price of the service according to the information provided by the customer, with flat rates taking priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10% for transfers, 20% for provisioning), chauffeur service, fuel and unlimited insurance for persons transported. Tolls are included in the transport price. Parking fees are not included. The chauffeur\u2019s hotel and catering costs are not included in the provision of services.<\/p>

4 \u2013 REGULATIONS<\/b><\/p>

Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). All transport services by transfer or provision are payable when the order is placed.<\/p>

5 \u2013 RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>

5 \u2013 1 \u2013 RESERVATION :<\/b><\/p>

Any reservation implies the acceptance without reserve of the present general conditions of sale. The customer and the service provider agree to comply with all the clauses of this contract. No changes shall be made to the above terms and conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. The present contract shall be suspended or cancelled ipso jure and without compensation of any kind in all cases recognized as force majeure (events outside www.taximoto2paris.com) such as disruption of traffic routes, bad weather, demonstrations, accidents, breakdowns or malfunctions of telecommunications networks, shortages of manpower or materials, etc. The contract shall not be deemed concluded until payment for the order has been received. Failing this, it is automatically null and void.<\/p>

All reservations for a chauffeur-driven motorcycle must be made in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone, subject to availability.<\/p>

Special features for pick-up at stations and airports:<\/p>

As soon as you arrive, switch on your cell phone.<\/p>

Please note the flight or train number in \u201cadditional information\u201d when booking.<\/p>

For flights, if you don\u2019t have checked baggage, the 15-minute wait included in the fare is usually enough. However, if you need to retrieve checked baggage and\/or if you\u2019re coming from a non-European destination, the time it takes to get off the plane, retrieve your baggage and deal with any law-enforcement checks will be fairly lengthy.<\/p>

To avoid having to pay a waiting time, we advise you to add a 30-minute delay.<\/p>

5 \u2013 2 \u2013 CANCELLATION \/ MODIFICATION<\/b><\/p>

A reservation can be cancelled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated on the reservation form, by e-mail only to booking@taximoto2paris.com :<\/p>

100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before pick-up time.<\/p>

50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before pick-up time.<\/p>

0% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before pick-up time.<\/p>

Any modification of the contract during the performance of the service may lead to a readjustment of the price.<\/p>

5 \u2013 3 \u2013 PRICE INCREASE \/ DELAY<\/b><\/p>

Any delay by the passenger in relation to the pick-up time indicated on the booking form will result in an increase in the price of the service, if the customer informs the driver by telephone on 07 65 63 50 50, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

-More than 10 minutes late: 1 euro per minute<\/p>

-At airports and train stations: 15 minutes free, then 1 euro per minute<\/p>

These surcharges are paid at destination at the latest.<\/p>

A 20% surcharge will be applied to all pick-ups between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.<\/p>

In the event of the customer\u2019s absence from the meeting place after the first 15 minutes free of charge, without any indication from the customer or response to the driver\u2019s telephone call, the service will be definitively forfeited, with no possibility of postponement and no right to claim any reimbursement whatsoever.<\/p>

6 \u2013 SERVICE QUALITY<\/b><\/p>

Transporting people for hire or reward is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles may carry out this service and :<\/p>

-With a business card number issued by the prefecture.<\/p>

-With a certificate of registration issued by the French Ministry of the Interior, Bureau de l\u2019organisation du transport de voyageurs par moto.<\/p>

-With a registration badge affixed to the vehicle.<\/p>

www.taximoto2paris.com undertakes to provide or arrange for the provision of transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation.<\/p>

In the case of subcontracting, www.taximoto2paris.com ensures that the people and companies it calls upon meet the same conditions.<\/p>

7 \u2013 RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>

www.taximoto2paris.com is guaranteed by a solvent insurance company that covers the risks associated with its activity in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>

In the event of a dispute, the company www.taximoto2paris.com may only be held liable if the customer can prove that it acted wrongfully and that there is a causal link with the loss claimed.<\/p>

The www.taximoto2paris.com Unlimited Multirisk policy covers business-related liabilities.<\/p>

The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.<\/p>

7 \u2013 1 \u2013 RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER AND PASSENGERS<\/b><\/p>

The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with www.taximoto2paris.com to behave as a responsible family citizen from the moment of collection, in particular by respecting the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:<\/p>

-Compliance with the Highway Code (helmets, gloves and other equipment).<\/p>

-No smoking, eating or transporting hazardous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop along the way.<\/p>

-Don\u2019t show up under the influence of alcohol or you\u2019ll be refused transport (an important safety issue).<\/p>

-Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the customer. The company www.taximoto2paris.com cannot be held responsible for any damage to and\/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (telephone, tablet, etc.).<\/p>

-Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged in full.<\/p>

-For all other damage resulting in immobilization of the vehicle: Invoice at actual cost + immobilization costs + loss of sales based on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of damage leading to cancellation of the following service, a fixed charge of \u20ac150.00 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card\u2026<\/p>

-Cleaning in case of vomit will be charged \u20ac 150.00 VAT included in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card.<\/p>

-No pets, even small ones, are allowed, even in a carrier.<\/p>

Failure to comply with these provisions renders the customer and\/or passengers exclusively liable to www.taximoto2paris.com and to third parties. The company www.taximoto2paris.com declines all responsibility for the actions of its customers before and after transport. www.taximoto2paris.com reserves the right to refuse to pick up, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an alcoholic passenger.<\/p>

7 \u2013 2 \u2013 COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/p>

Any claim is only admissible within 5 days of the transport service concerned. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the place where Taxi Moto 2 Paris has its registered office.<\/p>

8 \u2013 DISPOSAL \/ TRANSFER<\/b><\/p>

The transfer service begins at the company\u2019s head office address www.taximoto2paris.com and ends when the customer arrives at the planned address.<\/p>

8 \u2013 2 \u2013 AVAILABILITY :<\/b><\/p>

Transportation is limited to a certain number of kilometers per hour:<\/p>

-25 kilometers for 1 hour of availability<\/p>

-125 kilometers for 5 hours of availability<\/p>

Any hour started is due in full.<\/p>
